Our Bed Bug Sniffing Dogs work as detectives, performing bed bug inspections and sniffing out both bed bugs and their eggs to pinpoint otherwise invisible infestations. Our dogs can find what the human eye can’t, making them the most powerful tool in any arsenal of bed bug treatment solution. By using dogs trained for bed bug detection, bed bug treatments are much more cost effective, as infestations can be located before they become overwhelming. If bed bugs infestations aren’t detected in their early stages, the infestation area can grow rapidly: just two bed bugs can multiply to hundreds in as little as a month.
Each of our Bed Bug Dogs is trained to sniff out both live bed bugs as well as bed bug eggs, and can locate them with vastly higher accuracy than humans are capable of achieving. Trained Bed Bug Detection Dogs use their powerful noses to reach an amazing 95-98% accuracy rate, even detecting bed bugs in the smallest and hardest to see locations.
To combat the recent wave of bed bug infestations in the United States, trained bed bug sniffing dogs have come to the rescue!
The average professional bed bug inspection in a two-bedroom apartment takes thirty minutes when done by a human being, and is less than 50% accurate while the infestation is in it’s early stages. Well-trained bed bug sniffing dogs can complete this same inspection in under ten minutes, with over 95% accuracy.
