Job Summary:
As the New Customer Onboarding Specialist at Platinum Pest Solutions, a pest control company specializing in multi-family and commercial properties, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition for new clients. You will coordinate service setup, educate customers on our processes, and provide ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Your role is critical in creating a positive first impression and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the onboarding process for new multi-family and commercial clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, ensuring a smooth service transition.
• Educate customers on service protocols, scheduling, and pest control best practices.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and service teams to ensure successful service implementation.
• Address client questions and concerns, providing proactive communication and support.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and onboarding progress.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and streamline onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or onboarding, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
