THE PERSON

RESPONSIBILITIES  

The job responsibilities of this Integrator / COO include, but are not limited to: 

General Leadership Duties  

  • Lead, manage and hold accountable Sales, Office, Finance, HR, and Operations (5-6 direct reports) 
  • Drive all weekly, quarterly, and annual leadership meetings, as well as weekly departmental one on ones  
  • Hold team accountable on all levels of performance and solution orientation and develop an awareness of the compliance requirements of each department 
  • Collaborate with department heads in creating measurable KPIs and identifying vulnerabilities and issues 
  • Work collaboratively between departments to identify long-term solutions 

Organizational Innovation & Scaling  

  • Form and integrate fully functional teams  
  • Create a strategic communication plan  
  • Own the processes and procedures and ensure they are followed by all  
  • Develop a strategy and structure for scalability and growth, hold the team accountable for implementation  
  • Follow through from birth and integration of ideas, processes  
  • Ability to predict/forecast and decide business efficiencies (sales, expenses, and bottom line) 
  • Break down current business practices, identifies inefficiencies, and create measurable solutions 

Data and Deliverables 

  • Accountable for achieving 1, 3, and 10-year goals according to the organizational vision 
  • Own and execute V/TO and set clear expectations  
  • Own the data measurables for organizational success 
  • Own and manage the P&L  
  • Own the business efficiencies (both monetarily and operationally) to ensure bottom line  
  • Champion the brand and set the pulse of the organization  

Client Network and Staffing  

  • Execute Right Person Right Seat mitigation and ensure a clear plan for staffing forecast and needs  
  • Implement strategies to retain and obtain new and current business 

QUALIFICATIONS  

Required  

  • 5+ years executive leadership experience 
  • Experience leading a team of leaders in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance 
  • Proven track record in growing an organization 

Preferred  

  • 10+ years Executive leadership experience 
  • Experience in service-related industry 
  • Experience in Business Development 
  • Experience working in an organization of 100+ employees 
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience 

Desired  

  • Lean Six Sigma 
  • Knowledge of EOS®

Salary range: $140-160k plus bonus 

Benefits: Group health, dental and vision insurance, 401k with match, company car, generous vacation policy plus 10 paid holidays 

We are headquartered in Lansing, IL with additional facilities in Rolling Meadows and Waukesha, WI. This individual must be willing and able to live in the Lansing, IL area (and relocate if needed).

Pest Control Technician Job Description:

  • Responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control route.
  • Follow a daily route schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each stop. (A company vehicle is provided for work purposes when applicable.)
  • Complete all daily service orders accurately.
  • Understand and apply all training materials and communications.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilize in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient pest solution for their customer's needs.
  • Complete all required service-related paperwork/reports.
  • Diagnose and discuss the scope of pest control service with customers.
  • Ensure personnel training and compliance with safety procedures.
  • Present a well-groomed, consistent and professional personal appearance in accordance with employee handbook standards.
  • Exercise good time management.

Pest Control Technician Position Requirements:

  • Possess or able to obtain required state certification

Pest Control Technician Qualifications:

  • High School education or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Must be able to provide quality service on a timely basis to all customers on route
  • Have demonstrated knowledge and ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve customer service problems
