Who We're Looking For:

Platinum Pest Solutions is seeking an energetic Rockstar to join our growing team! This person, internally known as a Region Specialist, would be at the forefront of providing great customer service to our amazing customers, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance to our Technicians.

What You'll Do:

• Foster a company culture in line with Platinum Core Values.
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Create new customer accounts within software application
• Plan and schedule appointments and routes
• Answer inbound and make outbound telephone calls
• Manage assigned accounts and client satisfaction
• Maintain records within company and government guidelines for Team Members and customers.

What You'll Need:

• Type at least 45-50 wpm.
• Capacity to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to be adaptive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our customers are our #1 priority which means we're always in contact with them whether it's through email or over the phone.

A pest control technician requires both intellectual and physical skill sets. He/She will inspect properties for pests, and once identified they will use either pesticides or manual methods to eliminate unwanted guests such as rodents, roaches, bed bugs, or any other pest. They will also use problem solving skills and make recommendations to the customer to prevent future pest problems. Our main customers require service inside units and outside of their buildings, which makes it a physical job. If you are up for the challenge, come join our team!

Pest Control Technician Job Description:

• Responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control route.
• Follow a daily route schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each stop. (A company vehicle is provided for work purposes when applicable.)
• Complete all daily service orders accurately.
• Understand and apply all training materials and communications.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient pest solution for their customer's needs.
• Complete all required service-related paperwork/reports.
• Diagnose and discuss the scope of pest control service with customers.
• Ensure personnel training and compliance with safety procedures.
• Present a well-groomed, consistent and professional personal appearance in accordance with employee handbook standards.
• Exercise good time management.

Pest Control Technician Benefits:

 Pest Control Technician Position Requirements:

• Possess required state certification
• 5+ years of experience in Pest Control

Pest Control Technician Qualifications:

• High School education or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Must be able to provide quality service on a timely basis to all customers on route
• Have demonstrated knowledge and ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve customer service problems
