Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospects, focusing on creating new revenue opportunities within your sales territory.
  • Develop and maintain a daily schedule to maximize selling opportunities while meeting with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
  • Assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
  • Proactively present site enhancement ideas to your customer base.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services.
  • Generate referrals from existing client base and develop a new customer base within your sales territory.
  • Provide detailed, customized solutions to your customer base.
  • Excellent daily time management to meet all company set goals.
  • Meet and exceed all set sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Overview

Platinum Pest Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our nationally ranked Pest Control Company.

The Inside Sales Representatives play a vital role within our company and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying

and generating new qualified sales leads to support the Outside Sales team. This individual will be a highly

motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new qualified leads from multiple sources including prospect lists,

discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!


Responsibilities

  • Nurture new prospects via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce
  • the Platinum Process and identify decision makers and appropriate buyers within the target market
  • Contact 60-80 prospects per day or more. Have fun dialing for dollars!
  • Research to identify potential prospects
  • Book 10 inspections per week and log into our CRM program
  • Generate 100 qualified leads per month
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly, quarterly
  • and yearly goals
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information
  • is accurate and documents are properly attached
  • Complete at least two sales training videos per day

Platinum Pest Solutions is seeking an energetic Rockstar to join our growing team! This person, internally known as a Region Specialist, would be at the forefront of providing great customer service to our amazing customers, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance to our Technicians.


What You'll Do:
