Job Description:

  • Responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control route.
  • Follow a daily route schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each stop. (A company vehicle is provided for work purposes when applicable.)
  • Complete all daily service orders accurately.
  • Understand and apply all training materials and communications.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilize in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient pest solution for their customer's needs.
  • Complete all required service-related paperwork/reports.
  • Diagnose and discuss the scope of pest control service with customers.
  • Ensure personnel training and compliance with safety procedures.
  • Present a well-groomed, consistent and professional personal appearance in accordance with employee handbook standards.
  • Exercise good time management.

Position Requirements:

  • Possess or able to obtain required state certification

Qualifications:

  • High School education or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Must be able to provide quality service on a timely basis to all customers on route
  • Have demonstrated knowledge and ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve customer service problems

Physical Requirements:

  • Be able to climb, bend/crouch, and/or crawl when necessary
  • Must be able to lift 50-75lbs

  • P & L, Analytical and forecasting experience required.
  • Start up and rapid growth experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams both onsite and remote
  • Experience creating and evaluating processes and process improvement
  • Experience setting and evaluating KPIs and metrics
  • Ability to clearly and consistently work side-by-side across functions, integrating multiple points of view into a coherent action plan.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ACE Certification preferred

Overview
Platinum Pest Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our nationally ranked Pest Control Company.
The Inside Sales Representatives play a vital role within our company and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying
and generating new qualified sales leads to support the Outside Sales team. This individual will be a highly
motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new qualified leads from multiple sources including prospect lists,
discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

Responsibilities

  • Nurture new prospects via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce
    the Platinum Process and identify decision makers and appropriate buyers within the target market
  • Contact 60-80 prospects per day or more. Have fun dialing for dollars!
  • Research to identify potential prospects
  • Book 10 inspections per week and log into our CRM program
  • Generate 100 qualified leads per month
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-upcommunications in order to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly, quarterly
    and yearly goals
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information
    is accurate and documents are properly attached
  • Complete at least two sales training videos per day


Preferred Skills:

  • 1-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
  • Experience with CRM programs
