Commercial Pest Control

Full-spectrum protection for the business you've built

Built for businesses, healthcare facilities, schools, and warehouses across Illinois, Wisconsin & Indiana. We protect your operations, your compliance standing, and your reputation, not just the building. One team, one point of contact, from the first inspection on.

What's actually at stake

The cost of a pest problem is rarely the treatment

For a facility manager, the treatment invoice is the small number. The expensive ones are a failed audit, a paused production line, a health inspection finding, or a customer who saw something they shouldn't have. Those land on operations, not on pest control, which is why a program built around your audit standard and your operating hours is worth more than the cheapest quarterly visit.

General pest treatment

The pests we treat at commercial properties

Every general pest visit follows the same Shield of Defense System: inspect the full property, diagnose the cause, treat it, and monitor to keep it that way.

Ant Control

We trace the trail back to the colony instead of only treating what's visible on the counter.

Roach Control

Thorough elimination for kitchens, common areas, and shared walls.

Mice & Rat Control

Exclusion, trapping, and sealing entry points to keep them from coming back.

Spider Control

Treatment and prevention for common household and web-building spiders, inside and out.

Stinging Insect Control

Careful removal of wasp, hornet, and bee nests.

Occasional Invaders

Sealing out and treating centipedes, silverfish, and other pests that wander in from outside.

Documentation

Built for the audit, not just for the pest

Every GFSI-benchmarked scheme asks for broadly the same evidence: a written, risk-based program, numbered and mapped devices, licensed applicators using registered products, a continuous record history, activity trending with escalation, and corrective actions closed out with proof. Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana separately require at least two years of application records. Tell us which standard you're audited against and we'll build the documentation around it, so the file is ready before the auditor asks for it.

Questions facility managers ask

Commercial pest control FAQs

Can you support our third-party food safety audit?

Every GFSI-benchmarked scheme (SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, IFS) asks for broadly the same things: a written risk-based program, numbered and mapped devices, licensed applicators using registered products, a continuous record history, activity trending with escalation, and corrective actions closed out with evidence. AIB additionally expects a named managerial contact from the service provider and a regular review of sightings to identify trends. Tell us which scheme you're audited under and we'll build the documentation around it.

How often will you be on site?

Risk and regulatory exposure drive it. Food-contact and processing environments generally need the tightest intervals with defined device checks; healthcare and senior living typically run monthly with emergency response; office, retail and warehouse space is usually less frequent. The right answer comes out of the initial inspection, not a price sheet.

Are your technicians licensed, background-checked and insured?

Yes. We're licensed and insured in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. We're also QualityPro accredited, which requires criminal background checks on employees, motor vehicle record checks for drivers, pre-employment drug testing, and minimum coverage of $1M general liability including pollution and care/custody/control, $1M auto, and $500K workers' compensation. We can provide certificates and individual applicator licenses for your vendor file.

How is this different from residential pest control?

The pests overlap. The obligations don't. A commercial program has to account for your audit scheme, your operating hours, your tenants or patients or students, and a documentation trail someone else is going to review. We only work in commercial and multifamily properties, so the program is built around that from the start.

What are "occasional invaders," and why are they on your list?

They're insects that come indoors at some point in their life cycle but don't complete it there: boxelder bugs, cluster flies, stink bugs, lady beetles, millipedes, springtails, silverfish. In the Midwest they surge in fall looking for somewhere to overwinter. The fix is usually exclusion, sealing the gaps and openings they're using, rather than spraying.
