These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of platinumpestsolutions.com and any of its pages, forms, and content (the "Site"), operated by Platinum Pest Solutions, Inc. ("Platinum," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You may use the Site if you are at least 18 years old. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, property owner, management company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted. If you use the Site after that, the revised Terms apply to you. If a change is significant, we will post a notice on the Site.

3. Permitted use

We grant you permission to view and use the Site for your own information and to inquire about our services. That permission is limited, revocable, and non-exclusive.

4. Things you may not do

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to violate anyone's rights
• copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, or redistribute Site content except as allowed in Section 5
• use automated tools to crawl, harvest, or collect data from the Site beyond what a standard search engine does through our published robots file
• submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through our forms
• send us spam, chain messages, or unsolicited commercial offers through our forms
• introduce malware, or attempt to probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice
• use our name, logo, or brand in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist

5. Our content and trademarks

The Site and its contents, including text, photographs, graphics, page design, and the arrangement of all of it, are owned by Platinum or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

"Platinum Pest Solutions," the Platinum Pest Solutions logo, "Platinum Shield of Defense System," "Platinum Shield," and "Inspect. Detect. Protect." are marks of Platinum. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You may print or download individual pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep all notices intact.

6. Information on the Site is general, not a treatment plan

The Site includes general information about pests, Integrated Pest Management, and our approach to service. That information is provided for general educational purposes.

It is not a pest management plan, a treatment recommendation, a pesticide application instruction, or a safety or health determination for any specific property. Pest conditions vary by property, and pesticide use is regulated. Do not rely on Site content in place of an inspection by a licensed professional, the instructions on a pesticide product label, or the requirements of your state and local regulations. Always follow the product label. The label is the law.

7. Requesting an inspection is not a contract

Submitting a form, calling us, or emailing us starts a conversation. It does not create a service relationship, a binding contract, or any obligation for Platinum to provide service.

Our services are offered to commercial and multifamily properties. Availability of any inspection or service depends on property type, location within our service area, scheduling, and our acceptance. Pricing, scope, and terms are set only in a written proposal or service agreement. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no pricing shown or implied on the Site is binding.

8. Our guarantee

Our marketing describes a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The actual terms, scope, conditions, exclusions, and remedies of that guarantee are set out in the written service agreement covering the property in question, and only that document defines it.

Statements on the Site, including "If they come back, so will we," describe our service approach in general terms. They do not create a warranty, guarantee, or contractual commitment separate from a signed service agreement.

9. Reviews, testimonials, and results

The Site displays customer reviews and testimonials. These reflect the experience of the individual or property described. Pest conditions, building construction, tenant behavior, sanitation, and surrounding activity all affect outcomes, so results vary from property to property. Testimonials are not a prediction or guarantee of the results you will get.

10. Careers page

Job listings and the ability to apply through the Site are provided for convenience. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, an offer of employment, or a contract of any kind, and does not obligate us to interview, respond, or hire.

11. Anything you send us

If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, photographs, or other material that is not personal information covered by our Privacy Policy, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use it in operating and promoting our business, without payment or attribution. Do not send us anything you consider confidential or want kept secret. Do not send us material you do not have the right to share.

12. Third-party links and content

The Site links to third-party sites and services, including our social media pages, and embeds a job board hosted by Paycom on our Careers page. We do not control those services, we do not endorse their content by linking to them, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their terms and their privacy policies.

13. Privacy

Our handling of information collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are part of these Terms by reference.

14. The Site is provided as is

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be. The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, that defects will be corrected, that content is complete or current, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limits on our liability for the Site

To the fullest extent the law allows, Platinum and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we were advised of the possibility.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platinum and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the Site in violation of these Terms or of applicable law, or arising out of material you submit through the Site.

17. Governing law and where disputes are heard

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and Platinum agree that any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Accessibility

We want the Site to be usable by everyone. If you have trouble accessing any part of it, contact us at customercare@platinumpestsolutions.com or (708) 206-2847 and tell us what you ran into. We will work to provide the information you need through another reasonable means.

19. Copyright concerns

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email customercare@platinumpestsolutions.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice." Identify the work, identify where the material appears on our Site, and include your contact information and a statement of your good faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will review and respond.

20. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Platinum regarding the Site, and they replace any earlier version.

Termination. We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
