Platinum Pest Solutions, Inc. ("Platinum," "we," "us," or "our") operates platinumpestsolutions.com. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What this policy covers. This policy applies to our website and to inquiries you send us through it. It does not govern information we collect while servicing a property under a signed service agreement. That relationship is covered by the agreement itself.

1. Information you give us

Inspection and contact requests. Our request form collects your first name, last name, phone number, email address, company or property name, property type, property city, property ZIP code, and anything you write in the message field.

Email and phone. If you email customercare@platinumpestsolutions.com or call us, we keep records of that correspondence so we can follow up and maintain service history.

Job applications. Our Careers page displays a job board hosted by Paycom, our applicant tracking provider. If you apply, the contact information, work history, and documents you submit are collected and stored by Paycom on our behalf, and we use them only to evaluate your application and administer hiring.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive information through this website.

2. Information collected automatically

This website does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics or advertising tools. We do not run Google Analytics, a tag manager, advertising or conversion pixels, or session recording. Nothing on this site stores a cookie on your device.

Two ordinary things do happen when you visit any website, including ours:

• Server logs. Our web host receives standard request information, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is how the web works, and it is used to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Google Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google's font service, so Google receives your IP address as part of that request. It does not set a cookie.

When you submit our request form, its contents are sent to HubSpot, our customer relationship system, so that we can respond. HubSpot receives the form data and the address of the page you submitted it from. It does not follow you around the site.

On our Careers page, the embedded Paycom job board is delivered by Paycom and may set its own cookies. That is governed by Paycom's privacy policy, not ours.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• respond to inspection requests, prepare quotes, and schedule service
• contact you by phone or email about a request you submitted
• deliver, maintain, and improve our services and our website
• protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse
• keep business records and meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations
• evaluate job applicants

4. Marketing communications

If you submit a request or become a customer, we may contact you by phone or email about our services. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing customercare@platinumpestsolutions.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop operational messages about service you have scheduled.

We do not send marketing text messages.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers. Companies that run our website and business systems on our behalf, including website hosting, our customer relationship system, our applicant tracking system, and email. They may use the information only to perform work for us.
• Professional advisors. Accountants, attorneys, and insurers when they need it to advise or represent us.
• Legal requirements. When we are required to by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Platinum, our customers, or the public.
• Business transfers. If Platinum is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would remain bound by this policy until the receiving party posts its own.

6. Cookies

As described in Section 2, this site does not set cookies, so there are no cookie preferences for you to manage. The one exception is third-party content we embed: the Paycom job board on our Careers page may set cookies under Paycom's own policy. Our Cookie Policy covers this in more detail.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, and then for any additional period required for legal, tax, insurance, or recordkeeping reasons.

• Inquiries that do not become customers. Kept for as long as we need them for sales follow-up and ordinary business records.
• Customer records. Kept for the life of the relationship, and afterward as required by law and by our insurance and pesticide application recordkeeping obligations.
• Job applications. Held in Paycom, our applicant tracking system, under our hiring records practices.

8. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. These include serving our website over an encrypted connection and restricting system access to employees who need it for their job.

No website or electronic system can be made completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to avoid sending confidential information to us through unsecured email.

9. Your privacy choices

You have the following choices, regardless of where you live:

• Ask what we have, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email customercare@platinumpestsolutions.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will take steps to verify who you are before acting, and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.
• Opt out of marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or email us.
• Cookies. This site does not set cookies, so there is nothing to turn off. You can still control cookies from embedded third-party content through your browser settings.
• Do Not Track. Browsers handle Do Not Track signals inconsistently and there is no common standard for responding to them, so our site does not currently respond to them.

We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale for you to opt out of.

If a privacy law that applies to you gives you rights beyond those listed here, we will honor those rights as that law requires.

10. Children

Our website is directed to businesses and property decision-makers, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

11. Third-party links and embedded content

Our site links out to third-party services, including our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages, and embeds the Paycom job board on our Careers page. Those services collect information under their own privacy policies, not this one. We are not responsible for their practices.

12. Where information is processed

Platinum operates in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed here. Our service providers may process information in other countries where they operate facilities.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business, technology, or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will post a notice on our website. Continuing to use the site after an update means the revised policy applies to you.
